Who are the teachers ?

Vanessa Leong

Vanessa Leong, will be teaching meditation/ mindfulness class.

Vanessa started her yoga journey since 2010 and has been teaching since 2014. In 2016, she founded VEASY Yoga - means Very Easy Yoga as she believes yoga can be very easy and is approachable for everyone.

She uses Yoga as a tool to improve physical health and mental health especially for those with Anxiety and Depression.

She is certified by the America's Yoga Alliance as "Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher" (E-RYT200) and "Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider " (YACEP) which gave her the license to train yoga teachers.

She has been invited to teach in Bali, Indonesia in a Mass Yoga Event; gave talks to the physiotherapy students from MASHA university and also teaching the physiotherapy students from UKM ( Universiti Kebangsaaan Malaysia).

She is certified in India and Malaysia as :
• Yoga Therapist ( Malaysian Associations of Yoga Instructors )
• Advanced Hatha Yoga Teacher
  ( Advanced level by Malaysian Ministry of Education )
• Ashtanga Yoga Teacher ( E-RYT500 Yoga Alliance from India )
• Yoga Nidra ( Yoganaga Healing Rishikesh, India )
• Meditation Teacher ( Malaysian Ministry of Education )
• Pranayama Teacher ( Malaysian Ministry of Education )
• Ayurveda Therapist ( Malaysian Associations of Yoga Instructors )

Terms and Conditions

1. 50% deposit is required to reserve a seat (refundable if cancellation is made before 26 MAY 2023).

2. Deadline for balance/full payment : 26 MAY 2023.

3. Cancellation before 07 JUNE 2023 - 30% of the package price will be charged and the balance will be refunded.

4. No refund if the cancellation is on or after 07 JUNE 2023, nevertheless, the participant is allowed to carry forward to the next retreat but subject always to our absolute discretion.

5. We shall not be responsible for any loss/damage of your own belongings and luggage during the whole trip. Please take care of your belongings and luggage. You are advised to purchase your own travel insurance.

6. You have the option to pay the package price in US dollar (cash only) if you make payment on or before 26 May 2023. Alternatively, if you pay the package price in Ringgit Malaysia (RM), please contact us for the exchange rate and the exchange rate is non-negotiable.
